the location was good! the room size was acceptable.
I was disappointed. the gym was inadequate. the wi-fi was almost unusable. It was so slow.
the location rocks, right by all the action. i got a killer upgrade to a harbor view room, and it was amazing. chocolate hour? totally decadent. the beds were so comfy i never wanted to leave!
the mini bar prices felt super high, especially since there's a store across the street.

the lobby super nice team when i dropped off my bags early, this made my arrival easy. dial-a-sundae is a great service, you get ice cream anytime. the valet parking worked fast too.

my beautiful king room had very nice views that stretched across the ocean, i could see the harbor activity below. the bed was massive and soft, it felt so comfy. the shower rocks, great pressure.

the location is perfect for accessing the ferry terminal. i could easily walk to many shops, and there is restaurants around. the hotel is also close to the retail outlets.
